We can electroless nickel plate the following materials:
Steel, stainless steel, grey cast iron, copper, brass and a large number of aluminium alloys. For example, in many cases expensive stainless steel can be replaced with nickel-plated steel. A list of the aluminium alloys which we can nickel plate is available in the download area.
Size of the components:
In our two chemical nickel facilities we can nickel plate both the smallest components as drum parts and large scale productions as rack parts, as well as individual and heavy parts with the following maximum dimensions / weights:
Steel parts: max. length 3,800 mm, height 1,350 mm, width 740 mm - weight max. 3,500 kg
Aluminium parts: max. length 1,800 mm, height 950 mm, width 350 mm - weight max. 500 kg
